We’re seeing intermittent cases where the Report Card shows 0/5 or an unusually low score in the morning. This is a display delay triggered by a recent backend optimization. Your heart data continues to sync, and the Report Card model continues to run; the score typically appears correctly later in the day.

What’s not affected:
Your underlying health data (heart rate, tags, etc.).
The machine learning model that computes the score.
Historical data and trends.

We have identified the display timing issue and are rolling out a mitigation to ensure scores render promptly after generation.
